Extra bed with mattress can be provided in the Deluxe Wood Cabins, Premium Deluxe Rooms & Luxury Rooms only @ INR 1500/bed/night + Taxes

Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided as complementary in each room.

It is presumed that lunch and dinner will be eaten at the Resort based on the booking dates and time. Please inform the Reception 6 hours prior to a meal in case you do not wish to partake to avoid charges being applied

Minimum clothing requirement of shorts and T-shirts is a must on the property.

Room Service is not available at the property.

Taxes and Fees

GST is applicable to all guestroom rates. These taxes are subject to change depending on applicable current laws.

Deposit policy: to confirm your room booking it is necessary for you to make payment directly to our account through NEFT at the time of booking confirmation. In case of no show, this amount shall be forfeited.

Safety Policy

We are located besides the River with large expanses of water in the property for aquaculture. We will not be responsible for any accident, injury or death that might occur

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for a reservation must be received 7 days prior to the expected day of arrival or the Resort will forfeit the advance paid.

Extra Person Charges

Only 1 extra bed can be provided in the Deluxe and Luxury Rooms at an extra cost.

Check-in: 2 pm. Checkout: 12pm

Children Policy:

1 child per room below 6 years will be accommodated free of charge.

Pet Policy:

Pets on a leash or in cages are allowed on prior request.
